Audit and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Audit and Compliance Specialist to join our team at YewTX Accounting Ltd. in a full-time position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting standards, procedures, and internal control. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations, preparing reports and audit findings, and recommending improvements to accounting systems and management practices.
As an Audit and Compliance Specialist, you will also conduct field audits of businesses to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, analyze financial documents and reports, and examine accounting records.
In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is accurate, client-focused, dependable, and has excellent oral and written communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and strong organizational skills.
This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and 30-40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
