Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation in autism and child and youth mental health, and improving the quality of life for our clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in a not-for-profit Board, although this is not necessary. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, championing quality of care, and mitigating risk as a member of our twelve-member volunteer Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic direction and decision-making for the organization
  • Champion quality of care and ensure excellence in service delivery
  • Mitigate risk and ensure the organization's sustainability
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asset management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and staff
