Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making and ensuring the effective management of our assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, with experience in leading teams and developing strategic plans. You will be responsible for analyzing our current asset portfolio, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to optimize our assets.

In this role, you will work closely with our Board of Directors, senior leadership team, and other stakeholders to ensure that our asset management strategy aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, finance)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management
  • Proven track record of leading teams and developing strategic plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
