Job Title: Program Coordinator

At Okanagan College, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our Continuing Studies team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and evaluating existing Continuing Studies programs and courses, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and evaluate new courses and programs
  • Collaborate with the Program Administrator to implement new Continuing Studies programs and courses
  • Conduct market and feasibility analysis for new programs
  • Recruit, select, supervise, and evaluate Continuing Studies instructors
  • Develop and implement promotional plans for new and existing courses and programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma in a related area, with emphasis on technical writing, project management, and instructional design
  • 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in a post-secondary education environment
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with internal and external contacts
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $68,994 to $101,191
  • Exempt - Continuing Full-time position
