We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Summit Search Group. As a key member of our client's HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives.
Job Description:This HRBP role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a subject matter expert on HR-related matters, including collective bargaining and union contract management
- Providing coaching and consultation to leaders on employee relations, labor relations, and talent management
- Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and French, both verbal and written required
- Excellent knowledge of provincial and federal employment and labour legislation with an emphasis on Quebec
- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience working as an HR Generalist/Business Partner
- CHRP designation considered an asset
- Experience with ATS (Smart Recruiters) and ADP is strongly preferred
- Ability to travel to units across the province/country to provide on-site HR support
