Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive student recruitment strategy that aligns with the university's goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of recruitment professionals to ensure the successful execution of recruitment campaigns and events.
- Provide guidance and support to direct reports and other team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-campus stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment presentations, seminars, and visits.
- Ensure the effective use of CRM and other platforms to support recruitment efforts.
- A graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of related and relevant experience in a post-secondary institution.
- Demonstrated previous supervisory and management experience.
- Experience and expertise in working internationally.
- Experience and expertise in market research and development.
- Familiarity with related organizations such as Council of International Schools, International ACAC, IBO, College Board, etc.
- Superior oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of prospective students/families, institutional partners, and admissions professionals.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and team-building skills.
- Strong computer and technology skills, and familiarity with current social media/communications platforms.
- Passion for working with diverse groups in a cross-cultural environment.
- Strong organizational and team-building skills with ability to motivate and involve individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexible schedule with ability to travel occasionally both domestically and/or internationally for limited periods of time.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends and irregular hours.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, valid passport, and up-to-date vaccination record.
- Light and medium exertion (e.g. lifting and carrying boxes, suitcases, materials, etc.).
