Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
