Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at Pioneer on the Run. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked store.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced retail environment
