Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Pioneer on the Run is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including cash handling, stock management, and store maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The role involves standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
