Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Pioneer on the Run is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Sales and Revenue: Assign sales workers to duties, sell merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
