We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at 10565 NFLD Inc. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Hotel Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services to guests.
  • Area Information: Provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures as required.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Langue de travail: Anglais.
  • Work Hours: Heures de travail: 35 to 40 hours per week.
