Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at The Labrador Inn. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our front desk, guest services, and housekeeping departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff, including front desk, guest services, and housekeeping teams.
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and support.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, including guest information, room assignments, and staff schedules.
- Coordinate and implement hotel policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with hotel staff, guests, and external partners, including vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor costs, supplies, and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the efficient operation of the hotel.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the hotel as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced hotel environment with frequent interruptions and deadlines.
- Work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Work in a clean and safe environment with minimal exposure to hazardous materials.
- Accurate and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
