Overview

Paladin Security is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and their patients. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report incidents, including those reported by hospital staff, physicians, patients, or visitors.
  • Patrol the interior and exterior of the facility to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain a safe environment.
  • Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor situations, cameras, property, and events to ensure the security and integrity of the facility.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and visitors.
  • Screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility.

Requirements:

  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • High School Diploma
  • Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Code of Conduct
  • Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
