Overview

Paladin Security is dedicated to providing exceptional security services that prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and their communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Security Officer to join our team in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, including reporting and investigating routine incidents and responding to code emergencies.
  • Provide proactive and reactive security patrols, ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Screen and monitor visitors and clients, granting access to the facility in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless security operations and respond to emerging situations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Code of Conduct/Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
