Job Summary

Paladin Security is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Security Officer. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol interior and exterior of facilities to prevent unauthorized entry and respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance.
  • Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, and additional breaches of security.
  • Use two-way radios and communicate in a professional and courteous manner with clients and colleagues.
  • Screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to facilities.
  • Write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to code emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Code of Conduct/Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
