Job Summary

Paladin Security is seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol interior and exterior of facilities to prevent unauthorized entry and respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance.
  • Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, hazardous materials, and additional breaches of security.
  • Use two-way radios and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and staff to provide information and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and screen visitors and clients to grant access to facilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Code of Conduct/Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
