Our competitive salary for this role is up to $50 per hour.
Job Overview:
The Aircraft Metalworker Professional inspects, maintains and repairs aircraft structures with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot aircraft structural problems;
- Adjust, repair and overhaul aircraft structures according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals and procedures;
- Perform and report on routine maintenance;
- Identify and place material orders according to company policies;
- Sign all relevant forms or work files;
- Attend staff training and instruction;
- Inform Quality Assurance Supervisor of irregularities on maintenance work tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A recognized diploma in aircraft structures or other accredited course;
- S license issued by Transport Canada;
- Relevant experience in the field.
