About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Wealth Advisory group, you will provide financial planning support to dedicated Wealth Advisors, preparing and delivering personal financial plans to clients.
Main Responsibilities- You will champion a customer-focused culture, deepening client relationships and leveraging Bank resources to drive growth.
- Support financial planning needs by:
- Inputting client data into financial planning software;
- Building comprehensive financial plans addressing clients' immediate and future goals;
- Providing alternative solutions when clients face obstacles;
- Identifying referral opportunities and tracking follow-up actions;
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated and organized planning approaches.
- Contribute to ongoing professional development through monthly Total Wealth Planning calls.
- Provide strategic recommendations to Wealth Advisors, enhancing their client offerings.
- Maintain accuracy and adherence to Financial Planning Defaults & Standards.
- Candidate must possess CFP designation;
- In-depth understanding of comprehensive financial planning processes;
- College or University degree;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel;
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning software and complex strategy modeling;
- Experience in Total Wealth Planning engagement from client discovery to plan delivery;
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset;

Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on location)
