Financial Planning Associate Role

The Senior Financial Planning Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning support to a dedicated Wealth Advisor team. This involves preparing and delivering personal financial plans to clients, as well as working with advisors to implement plan recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships.
  • Support the financial planning needs of advisors, including inputting client data, building financial plans, and providing alternative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure a consistent product and process is delivered to clients.
  • Contribute to ongoing professional development through participation in Total Wealth Planning calls.

Requirements:

  • Designation, Licensing: CFP is required.
  • In-depth understanding of comprehensive financial planning, including investments, asset protection, and tax issues.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Advanced understanding of financial planning software and ability to model complex strategies.
