At WANDERING RIVER QUICK STOP, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and sell products to customers.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise the activities of workers.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and reliability.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced retail environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.

Language: English

Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week
