Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

WANDERING RIVER QUICK STOP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
