Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Wandering River Husky. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring optimal product placement and visual merchandising.
- Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment for customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan provided.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
