About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service and Advice Leader to join our team at TD. As a leader in customer service and advice, you will be responsible for managing a medium to large sized branch/team and overseeing the overall discipline and strategy for the branch while aligning to enterprise best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of customer service and advice colleagues, providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies, maintaining a culture of risk management and control.
  • Mentor and develop talent within the team, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in customer service and advice, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • An undergraduate degree and/or equivalent education and training.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course completion and/or IFIC or CSC certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving growth.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
