As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with commercial transport trucks and automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
* Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
* Confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit
* Discuss work with supervisor
* Review work orders
* Test automotive systems and components
* Estimate parts and labour cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
* Perform scheduled maintenance service
* Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
* Complete reports to record problems and work performed
* Provide customer service

Requirements:

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
* Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
* Valid driver's licence
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Accurate, dependable, and punctual
