Your role will involve diagnosing and repairing vehicles for both clients and dealerships while ensuring a positive rapport with customers. We pride ourselves on our integrity and require dedicated, honest technicians. Only those who uphold strong ethical standards should consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose vehicle issues
  • Consult with the shop foreman or service advisor regarding repairs
  • Relay additional service requests to the service advisor
  • Coordinate work procedures in collaboration with the shop foreman
  • Provide labor time estimates to the service advisor
  • Track repair time and keep the service advisor updated
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operations
  • Complete documentation for client repairs
  • Assist in training and mentoring technician trainees
  • Participate in company and OEM training sessions
  • Stay informed on factory technical bulletins
  • Comprehend and comply with federal, provincial, and local regulations (including hazardous waste disposal)

Qualifications and Experience

A high school diploma along with a valid Technician license is required.

We offer a competitive flat rate pay structure based on qualifications, with benefits available following the probationary period.
