In this role, you will be tasked with diagnosing and repairing vehicles for both clients and dealerships, all while fostering positive client relationships. Our commitment to integrity and ethical practices is paramount, and we seek dedicated professionals who share these values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose vehicle issues
  • Collaborate with the shop foreman or service advisor regarding repairs
  • Relay additional service needs to the service advisor
  • Strategize work procedures in partnership with the shop foreman
  • Provide labor time estimates to the service advisor
  • Track repair times and keep the service advisor informed
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies concerning vehicle maintenance and operation
  • Document and complete records for client repairs
  • Mentor and guide technician trainees
  • Participate in company and OEM training sessions
  • Stay updated with factory technical bulletins
  • Comprehend and comply with federal, provincial, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal

Qualifications

High school diploma and a valid Technician license.

Certifications

Valid Driver's License

ODP Certification

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive flat rate compensation structure based on qualifications, with benefits available following the probationary period.
