Safety Boss Inc. is a leading provider of health, safety, and environmental services to the energy sector. We are seeking an experienced Corporate HSE Manager to join our team.

This key role will be responsible for overseeing corporate compliance with relevant provincial and federal regulations, as well as implementing measures to maintain compliance across all operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in facility and wellhead safety. A Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, CRSP Designation, and familiarity with Industry Recommended Practices (IRPs) and Industry Best Practices (IBPs) related to corporate HSE functioning are also preferred qualifications.

The Corporate HSE Manager will be responsible for ensuring SBI's corporate compliance with relevant provincial and federal regulations, including overseeing adherence to legislative requirements and implementing measures to maintain compliance across all operations.

This includes:
* Ensuring compliance with local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations
* Overseeing corporate adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Policies and Procedures
* Act as a point of contact for client, employee, and Station Manager HSE-related requests and concerns

In addition to regulatory compliance, the Corporate HSE Manager will also be responsible for providing feedback and strategic direction for company-wide HSE key performance indicators, conducting regular in-person visits to field locations, and communicating HSE issues effectively to senior management.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
