Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Development: Lead and oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio. Ensure team members are trained to manage the Studio efficiently and drive services effectively.
  • Innovation: Train beauty advisors to utilize technology innovations and provide enhanced in-store experiences for clients.
  • Client Experience: Manage the online reservation system, maintain optimal staffing levels, and ensure a seamless client check-in process.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Visual Merchandising: Support Operations by maintaining merchandising standards and keeping the sales floor organized.
  • Vendor Management: Ensure team members engage effectively with brand representatives and provide feedback on brand training.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
