Job Title: Beauty Studio Manager

At Sephora Canada, we're passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience. As a Beauty Studio Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team of beauty advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Ensure the Beauty Studio is always fully staffed and equipped to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to implement visual merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals.
  • Build strong relationships with brand representatives to ensure effective training and coaching of beauty advisors.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders.
