Job Title: Beauty Studio Manager

At Sephora Canada, we're passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience. As a Beauty Studio Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales and delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team of beauty advisors.
  • Ensure the Beauty Studio is always fully staffed and equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Train and develop beauty advisors to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Manage the services online reservation system and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Support the Operations team in maintaining a visually appealing sales floor.
  • Collaborate with brand representatives to provide effective training and coaching to beauty advisors.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create and lead high-performing teams.
