Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bus Drivers Supervisor to lead our transit operations team at Signature Charters Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising bus drivers, monitoring routes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Bus Drivers
    • Lead a team of bus drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation services
    • Monitor driver performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Route Monitoring and Dispatch
    • Monitor bus routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient service
    • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
    • Investigate and report any incidents or accidents
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and coaching to bus drivers to improve their skills and performance
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance driver knowledge and competence
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced transportation environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
