Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, while also providing a positive and engaging experience for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and drop off students at designated locations
  • Operate the school bus in a safe and efficient manner
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
  • Manage student behavior and report any incidents or issues to the school administration
  • Communicate with parents and school staff as needed
  • Attend safety meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid provincial Class 5 Driver's License or higher
  • Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector screening
  • At least two years of driving experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
