We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Volunteer Resources Coordinator to join our team at Mount St. Mary Hospital. The successful candidate will provide critical support in planning, implementing, and delivering the work of the Hospital Volunteer Team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Leader of Spiritual Care & Volunteer Resources to develop and implement volunteer programs and initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support hospital operations and patient care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and organizations to promote volunteer engagement.
- Coordinate volunteer schedules, events, and activities to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and evaluate volunteer program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
