Security Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee our security operations at JMC Security & Investigations Inc. This is a permanent role requiring a commitment of 40 to 48 hours per week.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field
- Relocation costs are not covered by the employer
- Willingness to relocate is required
- Work is conducted in a security guard agency setting
- Formulate specific strategies to prioritize tasks effectively
- Organize workflows to ensure efficient task completion
- Train personnel on their responsibilities and company policies
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance
- Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements for productivity and quality
- Coordinate, assign, and review team assignments
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
- Establish work schedules and procedures for the team
- Oversee general office clerks
- Manage security personnel
- Proficient in MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and QuickBooks
- Basic security clearance is necessary
- Criminal record check is mandatory
- Driver's license validity and driving record checks are required
- A valid driver's license is essential
- Personal transportation is required
- Public transportation options are available
