Operations Supervisor

We are a leading provider of security and investigations services, committed to delivering exceptional results to our clients. As an Operations Supervisor with our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Plans
Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
Lead and Manage Security TeamsTrain and supervise security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
Coordinate Security OperationsCo-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
Monitor and Report PerformancePrepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Ensure Compliance and QualityResolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Language and CommunicationFluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeProficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Security and SafetyBasic security clearance, criminal record check, driver's validity licence check, and driving record check (abstract).
Transportation and TravelValid driver's licence, own transportation, and public transportation available.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent interpersonal skills, efficient, organized, reliable, and a team player.
