Business Analyst, Client Information Management Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Client Information Management team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting client teams in the servicing of clients with respect to plan design, contract management, and benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain data collection and accuracy in our proprietary client information platform;
- Review, audit, and maintain client plan information;
- Compare and review plan summaries working with client teams;
- Draft correspondence;
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams with colleagues, client teams, and carriers;
- Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve standardized processes to contribute to client deliverables;
- Develop a working knowledge of our firm's structure, solution lines, key personnel, and organizational policies and procedures and how this relates to increasing value to clients;
- Participate in team projects and activities that drive innovation, improved client value, and business results;
- Translate documents, if applicable;
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests;
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when working on sensitive/confidential material.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of progressive work experience in group insurance would be considered an asset;
- Demonstrated skills in organization, collaboration, detail-oriented;
- Bi-lingual (English, French) abilities would be considered an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) skills;
- Must be a highly motivated, accountable, customer service, and team-oriented individual;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to work under deadlines, and work on several projects simultaneously is critical;
- Works well as part of a team and ability to self-manage;
- Ability to discover, ask key questions, and seek guidance where appropriate. Interest to think beyond day-to-day tasks and understand how your work aligns to the success of Aon's Health Solutions practice;
- Applicants who do not have the industry experience but have the required education and skills will also be considered.
Education
- University or College graduate, or related discipline, or equivalent years of industry experience;
