Key Responsibilities
As a Client Information Management Analyst, you will assist client teams in managing client relationships concerning plan design, contract oversight, and benchmarking. Collaborating with senior team members, you will engage in various client deliverables, including but not limited to reporting, database management, and plan design summaries.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Aon's proprietary client information system;
- Conduct reviews and audits of client plan data;
- Analyze and compare plan summaries in collaboration with client teams;
- Prepare written communications;
- Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including colleagues, client teams, and carriers;
- Identify opportunities to enhance standardized processes to improve client deliverables;
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm's structure, solution offerings, key personnel, and organizational policies, and how these contribute to client value;
- Participate in team initiatives that drive innovation and enhance client value;
- Translate documents as necessary;
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests;
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications for Success
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in group insurance is preferred;
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills, with attention to detail;
- Bilingual abilities (English and French) are advantageous;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
- A highly motivated, accountable, and customer-focused team player;
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines;
- Ability to work effectively within a team and self-manage tasks;
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to seek guidance when necessary. An interest in understanding how your contributions align with the success of Aon's Health Solutions practice is essential;
- Candidates without industry experience but possessing the required education and skills will also be considered.
Educational Background:
- A degree from a university or college in a related field, or equivalent years of industry experience.
