Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst in the Client Information Management team, you will assist client teams in servicing clients regarding plan design, contract oversight, and benchmarking. Collaborating with senior colleagues, you will engage in various client deliverables, including but not limited to reporting, database management, and plan design summaries.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Aon's proprietary client information platform;
  • Review, audit, and maintain client plan data;
  • Analyze and compare plan summaries in collaboration with client teams;
  • Draft professional correspondence;
  • Cultivate strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across functional teams with colleagues, client teams, and carriers;
  • Enhance efficiency by identifying opportunities to refine standardized processes that contribute to client deliverables;
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm's structure, solution lines, key personnel, and organizational policies, and how these relate to delivering value to clients;
  • Participate in team initiatives and activities that drive innovation and enhance client value;
  • Translate documents as necessary;
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests;
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications for Success

  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years of progressive experience in group insurance is preferred;
  • Proven organizational, collaborative, and detail-oriented skills;
  • Bilingual (English, French) capabilities are advantageous;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written);
  • A highly motivated, accountable, customer-focused, and team-oriented individual;
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate self-management;
  • A willingness to ask pertinent questions and seek guidance when necessary, along with an interest in understanding how your work contributes to the success of Aon's Health Solutions practice;
  • Candidates without industry experience but possessing the necessary education and skills will also be considered.

Educational Background:

  • University or College graduate in a related discipline, or equivalent years of industry experience;
