**You Will be Completing**:

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Maintain a strong knowledge of products, pricing, and company policies to offer accurate information to customers by verifying order information, including pricing, quantities, and product details
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues as necessary
- Develop new sales leads and prospects
- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain organized customer records of quotes, sales orders, and related documentation

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Wage**: $23.00 per hour
