Job Summary
Creative Circle is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the creation of various print, digital, and video assets. This is a 35-hour per week remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the full scope of assets required.
- Clarify briefs to ensure accurate capture of versions, formats, and creative executions.
- Brief the creative team, including writers, designers, and digital specialists, on project scope, timelines, and dependencies.
- Provide the creative team with necessary assets, copy, and specs to initiate work and meet deadlines.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
- Develop and maintain a tracking document to monitor asset progress and updates.
- Track assets throughout the editing, approval, and final file phases.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role in a creative or digital agency or in-house agency.
- Clear understanding of the creative process, roles, and responsibilities, and activities related to project completion.
- Experience creating and maintaining tracking sheets and sharing progress.
- Ability to assign resources to projects effectively.
- Understanding of the approval process for final files.
- Capacity to flag potential issues affecting team performance.
