Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at YPA Realty Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies to promote business growth and development.
  • Supervise and manage professional and support staff to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Administer programs to attract investment and stimulate economic growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, research papers, and educational materials to support business development initiatives.
  • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations to promote business growth.
  • Review and evaluate commercial and industrial development proposals to ensure alignment with our organization's goals.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
