Job Title: Business Development Officer

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Carzone Motors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Recruit and hire staff to support business growth
  • Design and implement market research questionnaires to inform business decisions
  • Prepare reports and research papers to support business development
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 people and work with larger teams as needed

Requirements

  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office and MS Outlook
  • Strong business development and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
