Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team at Colours of Punjabi Event Organization Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, and sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and products
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
