Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in HR/People & Culture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Knowledge and experience in recruiting, employer branding, talent development, performance management, compensation planning, total rewards, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
- Proven track record of taking a collaborative, growth-oriented, and data-driven approach to solving people-related problems.
- Maturity and confidence to serve as an advisor to senior executives and advocate for a position.
- Exceptional people person with proven leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire teams to achieve peak performance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
