Residential Property Management Role

This exciting opportunity is with a leading Real Estate Developer in Downtown Toronto.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our premier properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the property, maintaining excellent resident relations, and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing: Implement effective leasing strategies to meet KPIs and budget requirements, conduct market surveys to analyze competition and trends, and provide recommendations to improve rental rates and promotions.
  • Marketing: Develop and execute property marketing and leasing plans to drive business growth, establish relationships with community organizations, and identify opportunities to increase traffic to the property.
  • Administration and Reporting: Manage all resident information, issue notices, review weekly availability reports, and assist with investment management analysis and reporting.
  • Management: Motivate and develop site staff, manage performance expectations, supervise activities, recognize excellence, and maintain thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years of experience in Residential Property Management
  • Post-secondary education
  • Experience developing teams
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Yardi Voyager and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • A self-starter with high initiative, flexibility, and professionalism
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000, 10% bonus, pension/RRSP match program, industry-leading benefits, 3+ weeks paid vacation, and significant opportunities for professional growth.
