**Job Summary**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a medium to large-sized branch/team, promoting a positive customer and colleague experience, and driving business growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.
  • Manage overall budget, revenue, and expenditures, meeting business objectives while increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate national, regional, and district strategies to the team and ensure alignment of branch strategies to the overall Bank.
  • Plan and execute business development activities, review and communicate results, and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Manage a team of professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
  • Ensure colleagues are in compliance with all human resources policies, procedures, and guidelines of conduct.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank.

**Requirements**

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course.
  • Deep expert process management knowledge and deep expert knowledge of the risk profile for team processes.
