Job Title: Administrative Officer - Office Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Greenlife quality cleaners Inc. as an Office Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and coordinating office services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain budgetary controls.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Work Environment: Our office is located in a private sector setting, and the successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week.
