Job Title: Sales Associate LensCrafters
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with patients and customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every patient and customer has a positive experience in every LensCrafters store.
- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
- Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Takes pride in the appearance of the store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills
- Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
