Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at KHK Imperial Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
You will be responsible for supervising a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members. This will involve assigning duties, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all staff members are working together effectively to achieve our sales and customer service goals.
Merchandise ManagementYou will be responsible for ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. This will involve working closely with our suppliers and logistics team to ensure that our store is always well-stocked with the latest products and trends.
Sales and Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for selling merchandise, resolving customer complaints and issues, and providing exceptional customer service to all customers. This will involve working closely with our sales staff to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to customer problems.
Reporting and AnalysisYou will be responsible for preparing regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. This will involve analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing recommendations to our management team on how to improve sales and customer service.
Employee DevelopmentYou will be responsible for providing training and development opportunities to our sales staff, including diversity and cross-cultural training, to ensure that they are equipped to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements- Education
You will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
LanguageYou will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work ScheduleYou will be required to work 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
