About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Columbia St. Liquor Store Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Oversee the daily activities of sales staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
    • Ensure that staff are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage the inventory of merchandise, including ordering and receiving stock.
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available for sale.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
